The Inn's master chef, a graduate of the acclaimed California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, has combined classical international cooking with local and regional ingredients. Attention to detail and fusion of two great cooking traditions are just phrases that help to describe the dining experience that awaits you in our garden patio restaurant and beachfront bar and grill.
Several of the Inn's recipes have been published by the California Culinary Academy Cookbook Series, the Los Angeles Times, AAA Travel Guide, Outside Magazine and numerous travel publications. Besides all the above, the "local" help does a WONDERFUL job serving food and mixing drinks, all with a big smile!
Breakfasts and Dinners are included in your package, lunch is an add-on plus we'll be away at times during the day and will consider "brown Bags" or we can switch a lunch for a dinner if we want to venture out after our evening session.
